Has anyone ever had oil leaking from around the filler tube,is there a gasket inbetween that and the top of the cover?:)

Mine was doing this. Yes, there's a gasket, and you'll have to take the valve cover off to get the filler tube out. It has to be the dumbest design ever, but that's the only way to get it out, as there are two tabs that you need to push in to get it to unlock and twist out.

Yeah mine does that. Gotta buy the whole tube from Lincoln to get the O-ring. And yes the valve cover has to come off to get the thing off. I kinda "modified" mine when I changed my valve cover gaskets. I cut the tabs down to not much more than a small bump so I can take the damn thing off if I ever find an O-ring that will fit to replace it. I just hit it with some degreaser or brake cleaner every now and then to keep it from getting too messy.
