Well, Simply put: In my opinion, the Mark V is one of the coolest cars ever made from any genre, from any manufacturer, from any time period. And judging by your picture, you have a pristine specimin.
Or, I could've just said "Dude, Sweet!" but where would the style have been in that? :)
One objection though... the Caddy parallel to the Mk V is not the Coupe Deville, but rather the Eldorado ( I know, the ElDo is FWD, but still) The Coupe Deville is actually the Cadillac parallel to the Continental Town Coupe. I'm sorry, I had to do that. :)
Sifrino3 February 6th, 2005, 04:42 PM Hey OS1, your covering up a beautiful blue VII! Nice silver V, though!

Moby and Lucille February 6th, 2005, 04:57 PM actually Sif,
That's a Mark IV blocking the view, not the venerable V. :D
-I'm a jerk. :)
Sifrino3 February 6th, 2005, 05:00 PM IV, good catch!

I really don't need to sell it.
Most of my time is being taken up by the MKIV convertible.
Plus I have my pickup so, It would be nice to have one less vehicle in the yard.
The Diamond is in exceptional shape.
I have had it for 17 years.
dertyclown February 8th, 2005, 12:25 AM this was my first car and I put about 20K on it beafed up the 460 a little and restored every thing but the little body work that is needed. This is my baby a 1970 Mark III. this is why I drive a mark VIII now. I hate to have it sit and be with out me, so I do have to sell it (but really don't want to) so if any of you all want more photos or have any ??? just ask

CLARIDAS CLASSICS August 8th, 2005, 06:57 PM If You Have Any Info On This Car I'd Appreciate It. Im Trying To Find Out All I Can About It.
94m5 August 10th, 2005, 12:11 AM Man....Those things remind me of my g-mas old 78 thunderbird. I know the differences are huge. but the sheer size of the things do it.
Nice looking cars you have there.
Mike
mrlandyacht August 12th, 2005, 02:02 PM yea, Mark V's are pretty much Lincoln T-birds....but nicer
