Hmm... You should be able to polish those lenses up nice with wet sanding followed by some plastic polish like that Plast X. Give it a try and see. The process did wonders on my awful, yellowed 93 lenses.

If you are unsure of polishing your headlights, try the 3m kit in this thread, it worked great for me.
