I had a guy inquire about a Wings West body kit and I called them today to see about availability. I was told they are shut down until March. The are currently moving their operation to another site. My rep told me that they were bought out by VIS Racing Sport (http://www.visracing.com/catalog/index.php) and will have WW kits back in stock beginning in March. I was shocked because I didn't receive a word about this. I thought I would share this just in case you were considering a Wings West body kit.

Someone should contact the new owners about a certain set of molds for Mark VIIs. No one at Wings West knew exactly what happened to the set originally procured from Cars & Concepts.

I think that is already going down. . .

UPDATE:

According to Wings West today they are anticipating taking dealer orders the middle of May. They said that there will be some pricing changes but they would not elaborate to which way. I'm hoping they lower the costs but there's no telling at this point.

Well, I called WW today and they are saying they won't be taking orders until mid-June now.

They still are not accepting any orders. I called them early last week and they are saying by the end of June. We'll see!

I called Wings West today since I'm getting numerous inquiries about the body kits. They said that they are looking to start taking orders now in mid-JULY! It just keeps on pushing out!

I have been contacted by Wings West and they are now operational. I have opened up my website for orders. They are telling me the pricing is the same so no increases in prices.
