As expected, the SCOTUS refused to hear Wrotnowski's case against the 3 candidates for President in the 2008 election.
This leaves Berg's as the only one pending now.
There are more lawsuits in the pipeline that will challenge Obama AFTER the Electorals vote today. Then it is up to Cheney to count the votes on Jan 6th.
Today the Constitution was rendered impotent. The floodgates are open. The Constitution has been severely compromised and nothing good will come from it.
But it only takes one Congressman or Senator to toss a log into the Obama cog. We'll see if anyone has the balls.
