I guess you would have to call them because they don't tell ya much. I have some guesses of who might have it, but can't tell for sure by their listing. Not the easiest site to use. I'll see what Jamie comes up with first, thanks tho

i have a right and left panel, both in nice shape, but they are jbl, thats easy to fix, the strip on the top of your panel comes off, its held to the panel with speed nuts on the back side, 2 of them are covered with the yellow foam on the back, if you want, i can remove the jbl panel off this one and you will see exactly where you need to cut the foam on yours to get to the nuts holding your non jbl trim to the panel. then just swap it over. if you want the door panel let me know.
