Removing Rubber

Hey guys, I was out showing off my car to my buddies, and got a little carried away with power braking and now my driver's side fender edge is full of tire remnants (both in the wheel well and on the outside). Whats the easiest and most painless way to get this off of there without having to scrub paint off?

Inside the wheel well - use a NEW toilet brush and a 50/50 spray mix of Simple Green - then wipe with a clean rag - then buff just a bit with a cotton towel.

On the paint - just spray with some car wash liquid soap and water (about 10%soap/90%water) and wipe with a cotton towel. Then top off with a detailing spray and a dry cotton towel.

Don't swirl up the paint by scrubbing the rubber into the paint - use the liquid. You can also "clay bar" after you clean the surface of big chunks and then polish and wax.
