Rim Information/Inter-Changing

Hi!

I want a spare set of rims to mount snow tires for the upcoming winter....Would anyone know if the 89-90 16" Mark VII rims Would fit the 93-98 Mark VIII Years?
This Information would help ..... a buddy of mine has 89-90 16" Mark VII rims in his garage that he would sell me cheap.

Wrong bolt pattern, the VIII has a 5x4 1/4" pattern, the VII a 5x4 1/2" ...
