Looks nice- looks much better than the current MKZ, which looks a bit cheap, IMO. They made it into a mini-MKS, which is a good thing. Interior looks more upscale, less like a Fusion-clone.

Grille- changed to MKS-like.
The interior bits look a bit more luxurious. Looks like they changed the rear headrests- now the middle person gets a headrest as well. I'd get one if it came as a hybrid.
