New..Need Help With mounting kit and harnessc_hoegner January 16th, 2005, 03:56 PM Hey, I have a 2001 LS v8 with the alpine 6 disc in dash player. Harness to connect aftermarket head unit to existing wiring = Parts Express part number 265-610, Metra part number 70-1771 Head unit mounting kit - PAGAN MODEL NUMBER 1943/IK-5000 the first allows you to connect the aftermarket head unit to the Ford wiring and the second is the mounting parts that fit the LS dash to mount a standard head unit. | |||||
