My 1999 Conti just hit 60000 miles, and I've got my maintenance manual, but I don't see anything about changing out the Oxygen sensor: with the price of gas the way it is, would this be a good thing to help on mileage, or a needless waste of money? Any input would be appreciated. I might add, that I am not experiencing any problems with anything.
