well as you know, i had my 3 pulls at beyond redline today. i was thinking that i might pull off 250+ hp. turns out, im only making 201hp and 222 ft lbs torque. the guy who was running my car said that he heard some pinging that is affecting the performance of the car. i dont have the $210 per hour to have another tune made for my car. with all the money i put into it, i was hoping for a better result.

He has an LS. Does the LS require premium fuel and is that what you are using?

i have an intake, magnaflow exhaust and a sct tuner.

What kind of dyno was it? Was it a regular Dynojet, Dynojet w. load cell or Mustang Dyno???




Also, pulling off 250+ at the wheels for an LS, even a Gen2, with the boltons you describe is pretty much unheard of. Expect maybe between 230-240rwhp on average. Maybe 245rwhp if you got a real good tune but hoping for 250+rwhp is just not realistic for these cars with minor boltons.
