Hi when I kick the passing gear hard even at 70 mph I get a hard thump kinda like something hitting the floor of the car.
Maybe a bad transmission mount? Or maybe on the coil spring conversion? Don't want the rear end to fall out.
Tranny shifts fine everything ok till you hit passing gear.:confused:

You hear the noise only when you step on it? What about when you go over bumps? Might be a bad inner tie rod end.

I get that same thump on the passenger side after i turn on the car and back out and put it into drive.

Was a loose rear wheel.Broke one lug nut and lost 2 more. I only had two holding the wheel on.:eek:
