Yeah, I have a lot of liquor piling up in my house! C'mon guys, haven't heard much from you guys on this topic. I need some insight on how you want to do this. Regardless were meeting for breakfast before the show but I want to know who will show up for it so I know if I need to make reservations or not.

Well, considering my current situation, unless it changes, I will most likely not be there. Now, IF it changes it could be a possibility, but I would not count on it....sorry.

Now shot for shot....I can not since I am diabetic anyways.....so someone else will have to go shot for shot.

well, Joey wants to take the train out there to avoid parking issues so if you aren't meeting up for breakfast you're probably driving there. I may drive there, haven't decided yet.

OK, how many out of town people plan on coming out and staying overnight? I need to know so I can see if we can get group rates at local hotels. Let me know, the sooner the better. Otherwise you can PM me and I can let you know of the hotels near by.

Second thing is breakfast. Rich made a good point to me the other night about going to a buffet place so that no one is waiting to order and if people come at different times they can begin to eat right away. The closest place to the train station is Old Country Buffet, but I know some people aren't very fond of this place (Joey!). The other option is local restaraunts. There are a couple I have in mind both are very reasonable and fast service. I plan on leaving for the show at 9AM so use your discretion when you show for breakfast. We will leave at 9! I will determine the restaraunt in a week or two when I get some input from you guys. The area we are having breakfast at is Lombard. Let me know what you think.

I would come fellas but im barely gonna make it to the detroit auto show. Having some job issues and i think the 88 is done for.

OK, since people aren't responding to anything, let's do this. Breakfast at Kopper's Kitchen on the corner of Rt.83 and St.Charles Road in Elmhurst, IL. I'll try to get there by 7AM, but without a doubt, we are leaving at 9! For the rest of you guys that don't want to show up, we can meet at the beer court (at the center of the show) at eleven.

I'm going to try to get tickets from dealerships. If anyone else can do this it would be much appreciated.

Oh, hopefully for sure this time... Unless I decide to give it another coat of wax. LoL. I actually can't wait. I hope to get a few minor things done with it before the meet, like fuel pump replaced, afpr, and a coule other odds and ends to make sure the car is running good enough. But this time I should be present, hopefully it's a nice day out, with some fairly warm weather.

Hopefully we could gather up some more peeps for the breakfast so we have a nice fleet of Mark's on the way up there. Also a note on parking, there is parking exactly across the street from the McCormick place, where we all can park. I believe it is like $12.00 or close to there, most likely where I will be parking. They have both indoor or outdoor parking,so which ever one suits you better. Also by the time we get done there, which will be relatively early, the Parking should not be a problem. Can't wait tho.
