Ok so I've had a little steering noises that occasionally come and go. While trying to replace my starter I found that this is really warped out bad I think, it looks like where the steering column is. When looking from underneath its behind the drivers side cat up high coming from the steering wheel, what is it, how should I go about replacing it? I've soaked it with PB but right now its in the shop for a bad starter so we'll see if that does anything

thats your steering rag joint,
cheap part , alittle pita to swap out,
honestly cant tell from that pick if its bad, they wiggle and flex a lot have someone quickly turn the wheel back and forth and watch it,you will see if its sloppy and noisy or not.
