Hey guys, some of you may not be alright with this and I am sure a lot of comments will be made, but I just got 2 mufflers off a 2005 mustang gt with the chrome tips, bought on e bay for 61 bucks for both.working at ford i know replacement parts are far more than that!
Have you guys heard these things, they are perfect for the mark.... i know the end note will be a little differant than what it sounds like on the stang but it should be close,.
The reason I went with them is that the new mustang puts the mufflers at the rear of the car,like the mark, with tips on the end, like the mark, i know a little finessing will be needed to fit them on the part coming from engine, but my exhaust guy says no problem, i'll post pics and try a sound clip when installed,which may not be for a little while (ice and snow,maybe in 2 weeks)
I dunno if Ford has sound clips of this but it is very 60's sounding(to me)and not too obnoxious, inside or out.

hey geno, i got magnaflows now, and liked em at first,but don't really now, I wanted sumthin differant, I looked at dynomax, and flow or um blowmaster super 40, then heard the angels sing with the 05 stang note.....i figured for 60 bucks for a pair with chrome slant tips, i'd try em out, if i don't like em, i will sell em and then give you call,cause if these don't work, I want LMS. BTW how can I upload a sound clip, I have no idea.....thanks and keep fingers crossed :Beer :Beer :Beer

FYI, I have the LMS system and it sounds balls out. I think you'll get alot more out of a catback system because it becomes a true dual exhaust.

Plus if it sounds slammin' and your happy thats the bottom line.
