Just got a 2002 LS with the V8. Really enjoy the car but I miss my Camaro SS :( Anyways I decided to put a Magnaflow CATBACK and K&N FIPK or whatever. Anyways I know with my SS before i went to custom tuning, everytime i changed a part it was recomended to reset the ECU to prevent it from havign issues. So I have had this exhaust and intake on for a few months and just now thought of that. Sometimes when i throttle up it will bog a little and I didnt know if this might resolve it or not.

you can disconnect the battery for 30 minutes to an hour. This should work to clear the ecu and it will relearn your driving style and adjust accordingly.
