4.6 DOHC headd that came off of the Red car. They have 120K miles, inclide the cams, and other valvetrain components i.e. valves, lifters, rockers, ect. THere is a small knick in the combustion chamber but is easy to fix. If you port and polish hte heads the CC reconturing work would take most of it out. I am looking for $200obo for the pair
