I found a replacement mirror but, how do I get the old mirror out of the 2000LS with auto dim? Any help is much appreciated.

Insert a small, flathead screwdriver into the mirror base and remove the rear view mirror.

From a repair manual. I would imagine you need to unplug any connectors first.

Pop the plastic cover off that houses the rain sensor then go from there. It's very simple IIRC.
