Need help identifying part number of this small plastic retainer and screw

Its purpose is to hold the fender lining to the fender itself. See the illustration. Anyone have a good source for these small miscellaneous clip type things?

Funny story: I pulled into work (I pull in rather tight to my parking spot because many people have gotten hit in there) and my license plate frame got caught on the parking block (after air ride lowered) so when I got in and backed out my bumper cover ripped off....so yeah I need a few screws, I only have a few

I broke one of those swapping my headlights. If you buy some flat 'speed' clips (Tinnerman / aka - Palnuts) they will work as well in place of them...
