Some guys have the HIDs with clear lenses on there cars. only 96 LSC came with them so if you can find one in the junk yard thats the only way to get them and the bulbs are obsoleate from ford. So your best bet is what Rev said.

i have a set of 96 hid housings and bulbs and ballasts for sale in the for sale section.
