Hopefully you are able to see five current pics of the barney mobile. Its not finished yet. These pics are the best pics that my dad could get for where the car was sitting. It was getting back into the shop this week.

Well the barney mobile is getting a moakeover on just the outside. We are not doing a 2-tone paint job. All of the work that getting done to Barney is being donated. So Its going to stay the factory color maybe with a little touch from the guy whos doing the work on Barney. the other mark viii in the 2nd 3rd pic is a guy at the body shop, actually hes the one doin the work on the car. Depends on when I get the car to me out in Harrisburg, the first thing im going to do is try and get the exhaust done. I found a guy who might do it at a pretty decent price. Also have his switch put back in. As for the interior not really worried about it. No rims for now. There will be a banner across the back window with his name on it. Once my dad gets more pics ill post them as soon as I can. Mespock im not sure what he told you he wanted to do to the car but as of right now we just wanted to get a decent paint job done and the car runnin right. Later down the road it might be done the way he wanted it but right now its not. Its going to take a long time for it to be done the way he wanted it. Thanks alot for everyone who had responded back. I can't wait to finish my engine bay so I can post pics of the Air Intake tube he made for me.

If you're looking to build a box, let me know. I've got some killer software that figures out all the parameters for you and draws you up a cut-sheet for all the boards. I built a box for my 12" Diamond Audio that is tuned specifically for the Mark VIII. The difference from my old box to my new box was amazing.

Here is more updated pics of the barney mobile. My dad Ray sr. stopped at the body shop this morning and took some pics of barney. As of what he was told the car was supposed to get painted today or tomorrow. Thats all i can think to tell you. Ill give some more pics when its finished.

I agree with ya driller. It will be done by carlisle. The exhaust will also be done. The car did get painted today and they will have to repaint the car.

Why the repaint?

hey harrisburg, im up here in Allentown.

They are painting the same color and then they wanted to put in some gold flakes into the paint. Well i guess when they put in the gold flakes somehow it turned BROWN. Parents went to look at the car yesterday(saturday) and told them to repaint it. The owner of body shop is a real good friend of family and he was hoping that they say repaint the car.
