Can someone give me fairly detailed instructions on how to remove this trim on the doorpanels and rear panels? I dont want to break anything. Thanks!

I am pretty sure those panels have to come out. They are held on with metal grommets. Not too hard to take off really.

Remove the door panel and it becomes very obvious. There are a bunch of little things that look like nuts and you unscrew them.
