Today i saw a black mark gen 1 it had i badge that read "panther edition" Also the rear bumper had squarish exhaust cut outs that had a metal lining thing, official or not?

I cant remember if it was a dealer installed stuff, or if it was a conversion company that did that, but its something along those lines.

i have seen it here in florida, i also parted out a black 95 lsc with panther edition badges on it, its an after market thing, as far as the exhaut tips that is something someone must have done.

yeah... there are panther editions everywhere... theres a pearl white one at Adelphia all the time... they do have square bumper cutouts..... im sure Geno or someone knows all the differences

Just 2 emblems, square exhaust cutouts with different mufflers with dual tips and thats it. I have been told there have been ones with interior options but i have no idea on that one. Just a cheeeeesy dealer installed option, corny actually imho.

95+ have cutouts and exhaust tips. the panther thing talked about here is not the same as the smooth oval cutouts on the newer models.

Panther edition? Funny, Crown Vic/Grand Marquis/Town Cars are built on the panther platform not Mark VIIIs :p
