Can anyone tell me how to correctly adjust the TV cable on my '92 VII (its the block type throttle arm connector). I tried one web site, but it seems to have put the tranny pressure right up, the car shifts real late and wont go into OD until about 50mph! But the car does drive better, its a lot more lively! but i read that unless this is set just right, ill damage my tranny?

I believe you adjust it by the throttle body. It would be on the cable(s) mount.

HI guys, yeah, it was this article. I followed it to the letter, and set the block at just a hair over the mid mark (the MAX mark side) as suggested for the HO port injection model (my car is a 92 Bill Blass) is this correct?
The only other place i think i could have gone wrong is on step 4, i assume this means that you grap the plastic cable rail, and pull it hard forwards (so youre pulling the cable out of the tranny until it goes no further) before pushing the block back into the throttle arm? Am i likely to be damaging the tranny driving the car set like it is now?
