hub centric rings or not?

I just bought a set of rims and soon to get some new rubber for them. The center bore on my new wheels are about 4 mm larger than stock.
Should I use hub centric rings or not?
Any input would be appreciated! Thanx!

YES!! Unless you like to get a hand massage when driving at any speed over ~50!

Your lugs will have an extreme amount of stress put on them if you don't...If it were me, I'd rather have that much weight be supported by the hub, not the lugs.
