I love Sonic! ! !

Me too! My all time favorite Sonic was the 1st one on the Genesis. Did you know there was a game on the Mastersystem called "The Hedgehog" featuring a blue hedgehog. I don't think he was officially called "Sonic" then, and it wasn't a side scrolling platformer, it looks like it played more like "Mr. Do" but it was definitely him. I've never played it though, so I don't know if Robotnic is in it, or if it's just generic baddies. Anyway, I guess that was his debut.. I'm gonna try to track it down and get it...probably expensive on e-bay.

Funny thing.... after I posted that I did go to ebay and I couldn't find it, so I started checking out the web for it, and couldn't find it. I even went to web sites that were about Sonic and his origins and all the games he has been in, and I didn't see it. I went to websites that listed what games were made for the Master System.... still nothing. I think I might have been lied to and then unwittingly passed the lie on to you. The thing that doesn't add up though, is that I have heard this same thing from several different sources, and thought I had actually even seen a screenshot at one point...but after an extensive search and even consulting the guys over at atariage.com, I think that this might be a big rumor and elaborate hoax that I fell into and brought you into.
