Many of you have asked about my exhaust tips and where to get them. They are Bosal tips. You can call and order them from Mike at 973-428-9822 ext. 227. He refers to them as GM Dual Tips. Tell Him Nick From Audi told you to call, and he will know the ones he sold me. They are high quility and very reasonable. See pics below. BTW I cut my stock lower valence to accept the tips

The tips are really nice - clean install & look natural on the car, as do the wheels you chose. Where did you get the wheels... what brand, size, etc...
Really sharp LS.

I want that exahust done to my car, but with 2.25" piping. Is that possible?

Nick- Can those tips fit with the LSE rear valance?

What do I need to do to get this started? I guess PM me if anything. I live right outside Newark, so I'm pretty close to you.

How hard is it to cut the lower valence out and what did you use to do it?

pektel
March 26th, 2008, 04:42 PM
I think it's just abs plastic. dremel would do the job just fine. clean it up with some black door guard maybe to give it a finished look. At least that's what I plan on doing when I get my new mufflers/tips next week.

If JATTGARY's is a LSE like it says on the back the openings were already there.

Mine I cut the lower valance then went over it with the dremel to get it nice and even.

Also, did you get a whole new exhaust system or did you put those tips on to the stock piping/mufflers

It is a REAL LSE, I didn't have to cut anything. The tips fit right in. I have the whole exhaust custom made with 2.5" pipe.
