I finally picked up my 1995 Mark this weekend! :steering :burnout: :facesjump :L These cars rock! I almost got divorced in the process so I hope it was worth it. My buddy and I checked everything out. Trans, oil change(synthetic for free so why not)rear diff, a/c, tires, brakes, tied up loose lines from air system(lowered conversion front, stock rear height for now) The sunroof sticks retracting into roof sometimes, pass. uca is worn so both uca's will be replaced this week. Driver door lock sticks sometimes, might have minor leak in a/c. That all. Shifts so nice I thought something must be wrong. With my poor luck I'm still waiting for something to break. Hope not. The stereo doesn't say jbl so I guess I have to start over/replace it. Do you guys always use premium for gas? Anything else I should check? I want to use the car to take the family to Mich. next week and don't want any problems. The help I've gotten from you guys before I even bought the car was tremendous. Thanks again Mespock and Eddie and Gino.:Beer Thanks guys.

Well congratulations!! But yes you always want to use 93, if you have 94 around your way that even better but since you dont have a jbl stereo you are better off, alot less issues and if you want to add subs or amps or speakers its a heck of alot easier to do then rewireing the whole stereo which did happen to make it 4 times as loud

Yeh, I was thinking replacing speakers, adding stock trunk mount cd, and amp it all. Are cooler plugs or Hotwires worth it? Maybe H O alternator instead?

Have you considered the Ford Racing wires? I hear they are a good upgrade from the worn originals. Max at Five Star Ford sells them, i think they are less than $100 dollars for the set.

Just remember, if it comes down to keeping the car or keeping the wife, keep the car. Women cost you money and talk back, cars just cost you money.;)
