Ok, I bought an exterior door handle on ebay. My car has a hole there now and my gf complains about the draft (besides not being able to open it. I know how to install it but how does the handle itself connect to what ever opens the door. The seller included a 6 inch metal pole, I see how it connects to the handle but where does it go on the inside of the door? After screwing around with it today now when I put the car in drive it makes a nasty noise when the doors lock. I'll check it out tomorrow in the daylight but if anyones done it that'd be great, I'll have pics.
