Damn you are good...

I heard so much talk that this one is in the bag by Packer fans. That Old # 4 would rule the day as he's great in the cold (I remember a cold Bears game).

They forgot that it gets cold in NY also...

I wouldn't be surprised to see the Giants be the Pats in the Super Bowl.

Well this gives the WI sports casters something to talk about other than other state's teams or the hunting seasons.

Everyday ????? What will poor Brett do? It's also the way that poor old Brett can keep his name in the news. Needs to hear it every day..

When Brett gives it up the Packer Fans will be like the Burger King fans.. LOL... What would they do with out the Wopper... :shifty:

Dude. I'm no Packer fan, but you really need to bone up on your sports knowledge. No offense. Bret Favre and the Packers won a Super Bowl in 1997.

The Bears still suck!

It's the pitty poor responce of a "fudge" Packer fan.. But if the Bears suck so much Packers much suck more for loosing to them twice. Once in the it's so could I can't play well "Brett Favre"... game.

Keep it going Old man... LOL

Should we place a friendly side wager as to who has a better record the next two years?

Btw, I forgot who won the Division Championship this year?

And had a first round by? And who just played in the Conference Championship with the youngest team in the league and has everyone player but one under contract (who, btw, is willing to play for less if he can stay a Packer)? And what team has a crap load of cap-room next year PLUS all but one draft choice going into '08?

The Bears? Has-beens.

With Rodgers they might have had a chance.

Hurts to think about that because watching Favre and the Packers has become 'natural'. I hate to think of the withdrawal symptoms I am going to go thru when he leaves.

I've met the guy a bunch of times, partied with him more than a few times when he was in his drinking years, even gave him a ride home to his hotel one time, in the Mark, of course, after someone stole his keys.

He is the Packers. He needs to leave when it is time on his own terms.

What he needed was a better game plan from the coaches. One of THE WORST game plans of the year. The coaching staff thought they were so smart they out-coached themselves.

They'll be even better next year IF they pick up a couple of key free agents.

All I can say in response is...

Bret Favre is no John Elway. :N

You're right. He's better. But I will admit he has a bit of choke-i-tis he needs to see a doctor for.

You're a bit biased personally. :D

I would have to disagree. Head to head in Super Bowls John Elway not only won, but he also won more Super Bowls and attended more Super Bowls. He also has more career comeback wins, which is directly indicative of a team winning purely on the strength of the quarterback's arm.

Yardage and touchdowns are longevity records, and nobody ever claimed Marino was the greatest of all time.

If I had to choose a quarterback to pilot a team in the Super Bowl, I'd take Elway all day long over Favre. Hell, it worked for the Broncos. :D

All he need is someone to tell him what color the Packers where!!!
