Got My New Scal2

Hey all,
Received my new Scal2 and tunes from ILLS. Breeze installing it and I really like it. He sent me a street and track tune. From what I understand they are basicly the same tunes he had on his before the turbo. Everything I wanted. No speed limiter, 7,000 rpm redline, raised shift points, increased line pressure and more. Unfortunately I haven't been able to do a full throttle run yet due to the weather. Tried yesterday when it dried up a little and all it did was spin the tires.I'll get a chance in a few days. From what I've seen from just normal driving is that I like it very much. I actually prefer the track tune. Firmer shifts for sure but not at all harsh at part throttle shifts and all of the confusion is gone. It drives like it should and always leaves in 1st gear. It feels strong and more responsive and my milage is a hair better too. I'll let you all know more in a few days but so far it's great. I would have bought it just for having the trans remapped.

Sweet glad to hear you are happy with your tune and your LS. Do you have any pics of your "Homebrew CAI" ? I've been meaning to do something different with my KKM unit but it has been too bloody cold out lately.

How much does it go about for a tune. I am really looking into a sleeper look. Maybe after I get an exhaust and cai I would need a tune and would like to get the most power out of my car.

Most charge $389 + shipping including the tunes. Some charge more. ;)
