Friends of mine recently purchased an 02 deville with 45k miles, Pearl white, one owner, georgous machine. clean carfax.
It has a small problem, the dash lights fade all at once, within a minute the car dies.
It will start back up immediately, and although this has only happened a couple times, it seems to be random.
She is afraid to drive it, and the local Cadillac service dept. said although they weren't able to find anything wrong (codes) it would cost aproximately 800.00 to fix it.
So, I'm here begging for your help.
