just got my ls and looking to change rims want to go with a set of 19inch 9x fondmetal rims i seen on a 03-04 ls in here and noticed the tire size was a 255-40-19 in the rear and a set of 245-30-19 in the front my question is wont 2 different size tires set an abs code [light to come on] and what do you guys think the width is of the rims as it wasent listed

Good luck finding those rims...
They don't import them anymore.

I think you are referring to my Fondmetal 9x wheels. They are 19x8 all around with a 42mm offset. The different tires sizes do not affect the ABS. I am currently running Jaguar 18x9.5" (285/35)in the rear with 18x8 (255/40) in the front with no ABS problems.

YES those are the rims and and that is one of the best lincoln ls,s ive ever seen this is the car that i have as my screen saver ive been checking all the local rim shops and no one yet has been able to get them can you give any suggestions where i can get em and hopefully you you take this as a compliment instead of trying to rip off your style but once again i think this is the best looking ls out there

oh and xllsc007 thanks for the website nice rims great for a back up plan if i cant find those fondmetals. and 02v8sport seeing as your running thos jag rims now wich also look cool as hell are u willing to part with your fondmetals. and holy crap. 285/35 in the rear and 255/40 in the front they must just squeak under there any probs with rubbing or hitting over bumps?

Thank you for the compliment. I have people asking about these a lot and they can not be found anymore. They are a Italian wheel and the manufacturer will not respond to me when I ask if they are still produced (maybe they dont understand English).

The offset on the Jag wheels are perfect to fit the bigger tires under the LS. I dont scrape or rub at all even being lowered 1.75". I thought about getting rid of the Fondmetals but I dont want to regret getting rid of them later. Only way Ill sell them is if the LS goes. That may be coming this summer now.
