it seams like whenever the weather gets bad my 97' LSC runs worse... it starts to choke out and shudder a bit... I'm just curious if anyone else has the same symptoms... maybe it's just catching a cold? :)... it runs alright till it either rains or like last night we got a lot of snow and it's icy and wet out... could humidity be the culprit?... it's just kinda weird

What do you mean it chokes and shudders? Does it happen when you first start it up, or when your driving around?

If it pops up only under damp conditions(snow makes wet spray on roads) I would be looking towards a bad coil boot. Since it's deep in the rocker you won't see the light show in the dark. Hook it up on a scanner and it will tell you. If it is really intermittant though it may not show. The scanner with the right software can even tell you which cylinder and save you pulling them all looking for a boot with marks from arcing. Which in an intermittant issue like yours it may not even be easily spotted visually.

Wet weather is good at getting wires etc that are on there way out to act up.

One of the COPs, or just the boot itself.

Unfortunately, until it pops a CEL you won't know exactly which cylinder(s) it is without pulling every one.
