If I take my car to the dealership to get the PCM? reflashed, how much money are we looking at and what should I expect to be fixed. It seems like my coils and spark plugs blow alot everytime I give it a little gas for a little while. Is there anything else I can do to prevent these problems?

My coils kept blowing, i think it was about 5 of them. The shop I took it to said they were blowing because of a leak in the valve cover gasket.

what would reflashing the pcm do?

From my knownledge, it fixes any problem dealing with your computer, which is basically everything. It should fix a good bit but if that doesn't work then it would be a mechanical problem.

correct - oil leaks out of the gasket and messes up the coils. NOTHING to do with the PCM.
