It looks like this may work. LINCBRA December 13th, 2007, 12:18 AM Why would the year matter? 4.6L and the heads (2V versus 4V) should not matter. It looks like this may work. im not sure but i think that the gen 1's have to have a piggy back system and the gen 2's cant have that because of something in front of the pully. i dont know what it is. what is it btw? MarkVIII93 December 13th, 2007, 12:15 PM it's a 93. the pulleys are identical to cobras. blaahh. thank you anyway. jamie97lsc December 14th, 2007, 10:15 PM call jegs and ask them wouldnt that be easier? MediumD December 15th, 2007, 06:28 PM I wouldn't trust Jegs answer about a Mark VIII. Especially about a Mustang part working on a Mark VIII... Roadboss December 15th, 2007, 08:04 PM If you are going that route be very careful on removing and installing it, as your oil pump gears are right behind it and are known to be negatively effected by undue stresses (like impact guns or hamer blows create). Yeah, I'll do what I can with hand tools. jamie97lsc December 16th, 2007, 03:44 PM good luck with hand tools, you'll never get the pulley off with hand tools. i have to use a puller and impact gun to even think about getting the pulley off. more power to you if you get it off without air tools though! slowmkviii December 16th, 2007, 04:00 PM what is it btw? secondary air injection diverter valve, if I recall correctly MarkVIII93 December 16th, 2007, 05:02 PM when the hell did I post that? Well anyway. Im going to be as careful as possible with the impact. And I have a 3 prong puller.. ONEBADMK8 December 16th, 2007, 05:42 PM Just go here (http://www.aspracing.com/frame.htm) and get the tried and proven setup with no gueswork. I would only reccomend the crank pulley for the Marks. JoeyLincolnMK8 December 16th, 2007, 05:45 PM ASP all the way, getting mine soon. | ||||
