Hey All,
I'm looking to get a set of 18" wheels for my LS and was curious if my stock lug nuts will work with the new rims. I have a 2000 LS V8 w/ Sport Package so I currently have the 17" wheels. I know it may sound like a stupid question but my knowledge of wheels is minimal!

They probably will, but if you get them at a local shop, they'll probably include new lugs with the rims, I would think anyway.

If you have the style with the washer, then they will not work. If you are already spending a few hundred on wheels, go ahead and splurge and get yourself a new set of spline tuners for the new wheels. They should run about 30-40 with the key. Your local Discount Tire should have them in stock.
