battery deadMarkasaurus VIII November 18th, 2007, 11:32 AM Won't jump, help. chicken November 18th, 2007, 12:02 PM make sure you have a good connection on the battery (battery cables, and the jumper cables) you might have a corroded connection at the starter try having someone attempt to turn the car over while you hit the starter with a hammer (i know it sounds scary but it works if your starter is going) mespock November 18th, 2007, 01:23 PM +1 on the clean the connector and make sure that they are tight. cfischr November 18th, 2007, 02:12 PM i had the same problem with mine, it wouldn't take a charge. i had to put it on a trickle charger for about a day, been fine ever since. Markasaurus VIII November 18th, 2007, 04:54 PM i disconnected and re-connected the battery, and then it took a jump, for some reason the running lights were left on with the switch off though, any reason why this happened? | |||||
