I am looking to change the back lighting in the dash. Any advice? How can I get back there? Is it work doing? I just hate the green, I would love to have a white backglow, or an alternate color. Let me know!

The green color comes from the face of the cluster itself. The green, red, yellow, ect. in the cluster are all "painted" on to the face. The ONLY way to change this would be to try to remove the paint, and replace the bulbs with LED's (doubtful), or buy the whiteface insert from GloGauge.
