Hey it seems my car just puts out the same hot air no matter what I do.. I hear some ticks every now any then from behind the dash.

I was wondering if this sounds like it could be the blending door?

How would I go about diagnosing this problem?

How would I get behind the dash to the blending door if that is the problem?

Thanks for any help, this is a summer car, so I'd rather the heat was broke, not the other way around :D
