Broke the door handle this morning, you take that thing for granted until you have to crawl in over from the passenger side to open the driver door.

Can't remember where I saw a tech article on the fix for it - can somebody point me at it?

my passengers side handle isnt there, wasnt when I bought it. I've never seen what it should look like but i'm pretty sure there should be a cable that connects to the handle once its actually inserted, correct? I see no such handle just the lever for the lock, anyone know how to solve this?
