Hard times starting up?

I noticed this about a week ago, and was freaked out by it. It happens a little too often now.

I tried to start the car, and it takes like 3-4 seconds to start! I have a 05 V6 with 41K miles on it, and i get the oil changed on time, and all the fluids are good, cept Tranny, which im going to take care of when i get back from Iraq.
I changed the spark plugs at 30k miles, with Bosch Platinum +2 plugs, and the valve cover gaskets (rubber ovals?). It doesn't hesitate to start up all the time, but every once in a while...i'tll take me holding the key in start position for it to start up.

Anyone experience this? Normal or no?
