I've checked all the tech articles I can find, including a few on other forums, (LVC is by far the best) and here's the deal: the front end drops down after the car sits for a while, sometimes takes days, sometimes it doesn't drop at all until I drive. What I can't figure out is why the system will not bring the front end back up again, or more precisely, why it only works sometimes. It can take four or five tries, starting the engine, compressor comes on, nothing happens, few more tries, start engine, compressor comes on, front end goes up. Start to drive, front end goes down, compressor comes on, nothing happens. I guess my question is why doesn't the compressor bring the front end up every time? Am I looking at a bad leak in the air bag, or is there a problem with just the solenoid? An article I was reading said something about a solenoid being "stuck open." Thanks in advance.
