Has anyone tried playing a home burned cd in the factory dash cd changer. When I put one in that I burned it says disk error or bad disk and won't play it. The cd works fine on my computer or in my home entertainment system, just not in the ls. Anyone know why this is. I was wondering if there is a particular cd that will work or will they all do that. Please help.

I have played (in fact that's about the only CDs that I play) home-burned CDs in both of my LS's without any problems. One's a 2004 with the in-dash 6 CD changer, and the other's a 2006 with the DVD navigation. I don't recall the brand(s) of CDRs, but I mostly use those from SAMs Club.

I've played burned CDs plenty of times.

You're not burning the CDs as .mp3s, right?
