Is there any new information on 03+ Angel eye kits for our car, or is there a link that I missed that explains why we cant put them on our car? I searched for angel eyes and all the other text, but have found no recent readings about this

There are 3 people I know that have them on the 03+'s, me being one. You have to cut apart the housings to put them in. Its not as easy as the earlier LS's with the gray sealant.

Light wurkz can do them for you but it is expensive.
