Hi does anyone know of a good mechanic in the Vancouver BC area for a Lincoln Mark VIII, I have an electrical problem that my mechanic cannot solve.

The invertor for the Neon brake light was causing a short blowing fuses, my mechanic found this and disconnected it but now I have an intermittant problem of my ABS and Traction Control lights staying on and my odometer
goes blank and spedo isnt working, he is at a loss how to fix this.
