Just thought I'd start a thread and introduce myself. I live in Alabama and drive an 01 LS Sport 5 speed as hinted by my user name. I attend college and work 3 jobs. Enough of the intro, here's my baby.

Heh, no :q:q:q:q... I seen an LS for sale not too long ago that was listed as a 5 speed, but just figured it was a typo. Never knew they existed.

yep - very few V6s came with a getrag 5spd - but it has been dropped from ther lineup now.

Yea. Very rare indeed. Only 1500 made in the 3 year span. I'm lucky to have one. My dad is looking at getting a black on black one. But he's actually looking for me because he wants mine.
