No the engine is shot.
• NEEDS ENGINE, InternaL Malfunction, Have source who can replace with A Used Engine With 50K Miles.
I was gonna guess that it had been wrecked badly, and repaired badly, until I noticed that. :p

I would guess a burnt or spun bearing due to lack of oil pressure.

Loosing a car you've taken very well care and put allot of sweat and $$$ is no laughing matter. For the other question, internal malfunction due to faulty with cylinders, timing chain failed.
