I have been getting a "check transmission" reading the last couple of days after driving for about a half an hour. Then the engine light came on and gave me this: OBDII Trouble Code P0795 Pressure Control Soleniod "C". Is this something that can be done outside of a dealership? I know the solenoid is inside the transmission, but i dont have any idea of how deep and what else has to be taken out to get to it. Does anybody have any idea about the cost of the solenoid?

there are a lot of threads about the trans solenoids. i never had to replace one so i can't help any further but to do the search for you.
